These terms apply when you use detailjockey.com or book a service with Detail Jockey LLC ("Detail Jockey", "we", "us"). By using the site or booking with us, you agree to them. If you have a question about anything here, call or email us before you book.
Booking requests
Submitting the booking calendar or quote form sends us a request. It is not a confirmed appointment until we confirm it with you by phone, text, or email. If the time you picked is not available, we will work with you to find another.
Prices and quotes
Prices shown on the website are starting prices for a typical vehicle. The final price depends on the size and condition of your vehicle and the services you choose, and we will tell you the price before we start work. We accept Cash, Card, Venmo, PayPal, CashApp.
Changes to your appointment
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the time to another customer. We may need to reschedule because of weather or other conditions that would affect the quality of the work, and we will contact you if that happens.
Before we arrive
- Please remove valuables and personal items from the vehicle.
- Make sure we can reach the vehicle at the address and time you gave us.
- Tell us about anything we should know first, such as existing damage, aftermarket parts, or warning lights.
Results
We work to get every vehicle as clean and well protected as its condition allows. Some stains, odors, scratches, swirl marks, and paint defects cannot be removed completely, especially where the damage goes deeper than the surface. If we expect a limit like this, we will tell you before we begin.
Photos of our work
We may photograph vehicles before and after a detail to show our work on this website and on social media. If you would prefer your vehicle not be shown, tell us and we will not use its photos.
If something is not right
Please contact us as soon as you can after your service if you have a concern about the work, and we will do our best to make it right. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
